Cam Vanessa Bertrand Caps

Vanessa Bertrand, CAM, CAPS, possesses a wealth of experience in property management, currently serving as Business Manager at Highmark Residential since August 2008. With a notable background that includes managing a 504-unit Class A community in Valley Ranch while overseeing a team of 13 employees at Legacy Partners from August 2010 to August 2018, Vanessa has demonstrated strong operational leadership. Earlier in their career, Vanessa managed a 300-unit Tax Credit property in the Las Colinas area of Irving, handling all TDHCA paperwork and inspections from February 1996 to November 1999. Vanessa is an alumnus of Lubbock Christian University.
