Kara Franzman

Kara Franzman has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kara started their career in 2016 as a Hostess at Cardinal Hall Of Fame Cafe, where they greeted and accommodated guests. In 2018, they worked as a Hostess at Flavour Restaurant and Lounge, contributing to the team effort and ensuring customer satisfaction. Kara then transitioned to the Louisville Athletic Club, working as a Childcare Worker from 2018 to 2019, where they supervised and engaged children while building positive relationships with their guardians. In 2019, Kara joined Bluestone Properties as a Leasing Consultant, utilizing their sales techniques to promote vacant apartments and create personalized presentations for prospective renters. Kara later became the Leasing Manager at Bluestone Properties in 2020. Most recently, Kara is working as an Assistant Community Director at Highmark Residential starting in 2023.

Kara Franzman attended Jefferson Community College from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree with a major in Business/Commerce, General.
