LaSarha Pass, CAPS, is a seasoned professional in property management with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Regional Manager at Highmark Residential since August 2017, LaSarha is responsible for developing and managing site business plans, evaluating financial performance, and preparing budgets. Previous roles include Regional Property Manager and Area Manager at Pinnacle Property Management Services, and Community Manager and Assistant Manager at Greystar, where LaSarha oversaw operational and financial aspects of properties.
