Lauren Gummelt

Lauren Gummelt started their career in 2002 at Lincoln Property Company, where they held various roles in marketing and training. Lauren served as a Training & Marketing Director, overseeing a large multifamily portfolio in Central Texas. Their responsibilities included employee enrichment, policy compliance, and supporting new initiatives. In 2014, they became the National Marketing Manager and later the National Director of Marketing. In 2021, Gummelt joined Highmark Residential as the VP of Marketing and Training.

Lauren Gummelt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Texas A&M University, where they attended from 1998 to 2002.
