Shannon Ledesma

Shannon Ledesma has extensive work experience in the property management industry. Shannon began their career in 1998 at Walden Management, where they served as a Sales/Assistant Community Director until 2003. In 2005, they joined Highmark Residential as a Leasing Manager, where they played a crucial role in overseeing the leasing process and assisting the community director with daily pricing. Shannon then moved to American Landmark Apartments in 2019 as a Leasing Manager, NALP, NAAEI Faculty, where they not only continued their leasing duties but also had the opportunity to learn and utilize different programs for marketing and customer experience evaluation. Currently, Shannon holds the position of Community Director at Highmark Residential.

Shannon Ledesma has a Texas Real Estate License from the Leonard Hawes School of Real Estate. Additionally, they have obtained the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification from the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) in February 2019 and another certification from NAAEI in June 2016.
