Amina Outlaw

Amina Outlaw, MBA, CSM, is an experienced professional in the healthcare industry, currently serving as an AI Enablement Specialist and Business Process Analyst at Highmark Health since June 2022. Amina has held various analytical roles, including EO Business Process Analyst and Configuration Data Analyst at AmeriHealth Caritas from February 2017 to June 2022, where responsibilities included preparing monthly reporting packages and creating Business Requirement Documents. Prior experience includes over six years at Mercy Health System of Southeastern Pennsylvania, focusing on managed care contract negotiations and financial analysis, as well as earlier positions at AmeriHealth Caritas and Reimbursement Technologies Incorporated, where Amina developed a strong foundation in claims processing and accounts receivable management.
