Hayley Bresina

Hayley Bresina has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2013. Hayley began their career as a Human Resources Generalist for the United States Department of Defense. Hayley then moved to the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, where they served as an Administrative Offices and Mailroom Assistant Manager. In 2016, they joined the US Army as a Senior Human Resources Manager, where they supervised and managed an organization of 300 personnel and coordinated all morale, health, welfare, and training initiatives. In 2021, they joined AbbVie as a Talent Acquisition Data Analyst, where they created weekly reports and presentations detailing diversity recruiting. Most recently, in 2022, they joined One Model as an Analyst - People Analytics Consultant.

Hayley Bresina attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Hayley then attended the Fort Jackson Adjutant General Officer Academy from 2016 to 2017, where they studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Hayley is currently attending the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they are pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
