Bill Payne

Bill Payne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design operations and project management. Currently serving as Design Ops Manager at Highmark Health since August 2017, Bill has also held roles as Project Consultant and Project Manager within Clinical Services. Prior to this, Bill worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance from April 2012 to August 2017, where responsibilities included engaging and developing talent as Service Supervisor in U.S. Consumer Markets and leading telematics projects. Bill's capabilities encompass implementing roll-out schedules, conducting performance analyses, facilitating project collaboration, and providing technical support and training.
