Denis Mantsurov

Denis Mantsurov is a Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics with extensive leadership experience in Information Management and Analytics. They have held the position of Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York since 2017 and at Highmark Health since 2021. Denis previously worked as a Senior BI Analyst at Independent Health and as a Manager of IT (Business Intelligence) at Fidelis Care. They earned a BS degree from Almaty State University and another BS from the State University of New York at Buffalo - School of Management.
