Kristy Holnaider

Kristy Holnaider is an experienced professional in talent strategy and learning development, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Talent Strategy at Highmark Health since May 2022. Prior to this role, Kristy held the position of Talent Director at Howmet Aerospace and served as the Director of Learning and Development at Arconic. Kristy's extensive career also includes significant roles at ADG Creative, where responsibilities encompassed Vice President of Strategy and various directorial positions in creative services and e-learning. Earlier experience at Concurrent Technologies Corporation involved leadership in educational technologies and learning technology programs. Kristy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from PennWest Edinboro between 1991 and 1996.
