Nate Horton

Nate Horton is an experienced professional in the field of instructional design and learning development, currently serving as Manager of Enterprise Learning and Development at Highmark Health since December 2019. In addition to this role, Nate has held positions as a Learning Innovation Strategist and Senior Instructional Designer at the same company. Prior experience includes a Senior Instructional Designer role at HM Health Solutions and various leadership positions at Pearson Online & Blended Learning, including Manager of Instructional Technology & Development and Senior Manager of Multimedia Training. Nate began a career in instructional design at Connections Education as Manager of Multimedia Training and Lead Instructional Designer. Nate earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science & Health from the University of Utah.
