Pamela Riddle

Pamela Riddle is a certified Medical Technologist (MT(ASCP)) and Project Manager with expertise in laboratory medicine and a strong background in quality improvement and team building. They have held various positions, including Project Manager at UPMC Health Plan and Clinical Service Quality Manager at Vitalant, where they focused on enhancing product development and service quality. Pamela has a Bachelor of Science in Health Science/Business Management from Carlow University and furthered their proficiency in quality management by attaining a Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University. Currently, they serve as a Project Manager at Highmark Inc.
