Ronald Young II

Ronald Young II, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and training within the healthcare and food production industries. Currently serving as a Compensation Analyst at Highmark Health since November 2019, Ronald has held various roles including HR Case Manager and Human Resources Customer Service Specialist. Prior to this, Ronald contributed as a Human Resources Coordinator at Highmark Health, overseeing HR activities for a large hospital system. Ronald's earlier experience includes a position as Human Resources Training Coordinator at Smithfield Foods, where responsibilities encompassed employee training and recruitment in a union environment. Ronald also has a background in quality assurance and research, having worked as a QA professional at Smithfield and as a Research Technician at NanoDynamics, Inc. and Sylvan Research.
