Amy Shaw

Amy Shaw, Ph.D., is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist who earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Rice University in 2017. With a focus on predicting success for working adults, Amy has conceptualized and examined psychological constructs, developed assessments to measure individual differences, and investigated factors influencing productivity and happiness in organizational settings. Amy's experience includes roles as a Research Analyst with the US Navy Personnel Support and a Senior Assessment Scientist at Berke, where they continue to apply their expertise.
