Ludmila Spector has a diverse work experience in the field of consulting and solutions architecture. Ludmila began their career in 2018 with various roles at companies such as Schneider Electric, Ryder System, Inc., Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, and Arrow Electronics. In these positions, they worked as a consultant and senior solution architect, specializing in ITSM implementation, process consulting, and HRSM implementation advising. Ludmila continued to expand their expertise, working as a solutions architect at Aspira in 2021, a consultant at iCIMS and Broadridge in 2020, and a consultant at Alvarez & Marsal in early 2022. Their most recent position is as a consultant and solutions architect at Consilio LLC, where they joined in 2023.
