Mark Hywood

Mark Hywood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the EMEA Area Delivery Director at NewRocket since October 2020, Mark has held multiple roles including Director of Program Management and Delivery Manager. Prior to NewRocket, Mark was the Managing Director at MORENOW LTD, specializing in Service Management consultancy and IT solutions from May 2015 to March 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Project Director for Asia Pacific at Focus On Business Ltd, Senior Project Manager at Atos Origin, Consultant at Acuity Management Systems, and Business Analyst at Fujitsu. Mark holds a BSc(Hons) in Interactive Systems from the University of Staffordshire and has a strong background in Service Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Supplier Relationship Management.
