Mary Shirley

Mary Shirley has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Mary started their career at Tata Consultancy Services as a Senior Associate and worked there from July 2010 to September 2015. Mary then joined VIDAL as an HR Team Lead from September 2015 to September 2016. Afterwards, they worked at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited as a Manager from September 2016 to December 2017. Mary then joined Netsurion as a Senior HR from January 2018 to November 2020. Mary Shirley continued their HR career at Xebia as a Human Resources Manager from November 2020 to June 2021. Mary then worked at Service Stack Technologies as the Head of HR Strategy and Business Operations from July 2021 to February 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director Human Resources Services, India at NewRocket since March 2022.

Mary Shirley earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Jyoti Nivas College, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
