Shay Franks

Shay Franks is a seasoned construction professional currently serving as a Construction Manager at Alliance Field Services in the Permian Basin/Delaware Basin since September 2023. Previously held roles include Construction Project Manager at Forge Energy II, where responsibilities encompassed contract supervision and inspection. As the Owner of The Outsiders LLC, Shay specializes in custom fabrication of UTV grill guards, roof racks, and truck products. Experience at Vaquero Midstream involved overseeing construction and design for midstream pipeline and compression projects.
