Clint Hooppaw

Clint Hooppaw serves as the President and Strategic Advisor at Highpoint Advisors since September 2023. Concurrently, Clint has held the position of Mayor and Council Member for the City of Apple Valley, MN, since January 2011, and is a Commissioner with the Apple Valley Economic Development Authority and the Minnesota Valley Transit Authority. Previous experience includes Vice President roles at Wings Financial Credit Union, overseeing credit and commercial credit risk, and at Anchor Bank, specializing in commercial banking. Clint's career in the financial sector began with management positions at Indymac Bank, American Home Mortgage, and Countrywide. Educational credentials include a Certified Chief Executive designation from the CUES CEO Institute Program and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Winona State University.
