Jay Jones

Jay Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jay is currently a member of the USO Florida Advisory Board, representing HighPoint Digital. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at HighPoint Digital, including President and Chief Operating Officer. Jay worked to improve government agencies' communication with citizens and emphasized employee empowerment and innovation. Before joining HighPoint Digital, Jay was a Principal Consultant at Lohfeld Consulting Group and the Managing Director at Greenhouse Consulting. Jay also owned and operated a 100-acre organic sustainable farm called OneWildHoney Apiary and served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at The Federal Circle. Jay has held leadership positions at General Dynamics Information Technology, Deloitte Consulting LLP, Siemens Enterprise Communications, and Hewlett-Packard.

Jay Jones has a diverse education history. Jay received a Certificate in Information Management from Army Information Management School in 1978. In 1980, they completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the University of Southern California. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business from Western Kentucky University, graduating in 1975. In 1983, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Military Strategy from Command and General Staff College. Additionally, in 1992, they completed an Executive Masters degree in Acquisition Management - Program Management Professional from Defense Systems Management College. In 2008, they briefly attended Yale School of Management, focusing on Leadership and Management during an executive program.
