Molly Hershberger is an accomplished professional in instructional design and training management, currently serving as the Manager of Training at HighPoint Global since October 2018. In this role, Molly provides strategic direction and leadership for the Content and Training team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among various functional teams and stakeholders. Prior to this position, Molly held roles as Lead Instructional Designer and Sr. Instructional Designer at HighPoint Global, where responsibilities included curriculum management and the development of user-centric training materials. Earlier experience includes tenure as an Instructional Designer at Community Health Network, where Molly designed over 180 custom e-learning courses for a large employee base. Molly holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Butler University, earned between 1984 and 1989.
