Prior experience includes serving as a Documentation Specialist and Task Coordinator at Briljent, where responsibilities encompassed creating agendas, transcribing meeting minutes, and coordinating meetings and conferences. Earlier roles include an Administrative Assistant at Washington Eye Center, focusing on resolving payment issues to boost revenue, and a Visual Merchandiser at Kittle's Furniture, where creative display strategies were developed to enhance sales. Nikkole Journey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising from Bowling Green State University, completing the degree in 1995.
