Regina Ellis has a diverse work history spanning several companies and roles. Regina started their career in 1995 as a Pharmacy Program Assistant at Anthem, Inc. From there, they worked at Anthem as a Tier 2 Desktop Analyst and later as an IT Team Lead (Security Analysts). In 2009, they joined Anthem again, this time as a Member Satisfaction Analyst, where they provided coaching and technical assistance to call center associates. In 2015, Regina moved to HighPoint Digital, where they initially worked as an IT Quality Control Analyst at Anthem, Inc. Regina then transitioned to HighPoint Digital as a System Support Specialist and eventually became a Team Lead System Support Specialist. In their current role, Regina focuses on process improvement and the accurate and timely delivery of content and training products at HighPoint Digital.

Regina Ellis attended Monroe High School from 1975 to 1978 and graduated with a High School Diploma in Business Administration and Management.
