Seth Ballance

Seth Ballance is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in web development and application maintenance. Currently employed at HighPoint since December 2021, Seth previously worked as an electrical engineer at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and as a freelance web developer for Systema Medical, Inc. A strong foundation in software development was established during tenure as a student software developer at Walla Walla University, where Seth contributed to numerous web applications using PHP, HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS/SASS within a Laravel framework, as well as developing C# UWP applications. Additionally, Seth has held leadership roles at Rio Lindo Academy, including Assistant Dean and Resident Assistant, focusing on mentorship and student development. Seth earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, specializing in Computer Engineering, from Walla Walla University.
