James Kubik

James Kubik is a highly experienced engineer in the medical device industry, currently serving as a Senior Development Engineer at Highridge Medical since March 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing tasks for New Product Introduction, supplier manufacturing, and R&D processes. Previous experience includes roles as an Operations Manufacturing Engineer at Zimmer Biomet and a Mold Technician at Hollister Incorporated, focusing on manufacturing operations and process development. During their academic tenure at Marquette University, James led a team to design an Assistive Therapeutic Golf Grip for individuals with Scleroderma, showcasing leadership and innovation. In addition, valuable early experience was gained as a Validation and Verification Engineer Co-op at Bradshaw- A company of In'Tech Medical.
