Jeff Sears

Jeff Sears is a seasoned executive in operational leadership with extensive experience in the medical and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Highridge Medical since September 2024, Sears previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Paragon 28 and Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Enovis. With a strong background at DJO as Vice President of Operations Transformation and TE Connectivity as Sr. Director of Global Operations and Quality, Sears has directed diverse operational functions across multiple countries. Early career roles include Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at Stryker Endoscopy and various management positions in the US Army. Sears earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
