Heather Pallett, CSM, CSPO, SP

Heather Pallett has been working in the technology and business analysis field since 2008. Heather began their career as a Customer Service Agent at Travel Advantage Network, where they were recognized for exemplary service with the Summit Award in their second month of employment. Heather was promoted to Team Lead after nine months and directed team performance and managed resolution to client complaints. Heather was the youngest Team Lead in the company. In 2011, they joined Elevate Cleans as a Senior Business Analyst, where they analyzed data and trends to increase revenue and client experience. In 2016, they joined Leidos as a Product Owner/Requirements Lead and supported the Software Maintenance contract for the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI). Her current role is as a Senior Business Analyst at Highrise Consulting, Inc., where their workload includes eliciting requirements from business owners, documenting them in JIRA, crafting communication and documentation to business owners, managing production support requests, and facilitating Sprint Review and Sprint Planning.

Heather Pallett has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Homeland Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus, obtained in 2013. Heather also has a SAFe 5 Practitioner Certification from Scaled Agile Framework Certification Training, obtained in November 2021. Additionally, they have a Certified Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in July 2017, and a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in April 2017.
