Nathan Froe

Nathan Froe has a long history of work experience. Nathan began their career in 2005 as an Account Manager for Destination Source, LLC, where they were responsible for managing accounts valued over $3M, leading client demonstrations, crafting marketing content, and developing business proposals. In 2013, they took on the role of Provider Relations Specialist at VSP Vision Care, where they credentialed/re-credentialed providers, investigated provider complaints, enrolled physicians in referral programs, and responded to queries for claim reimbursement. In 2014, Nathan became a Network Administrator at Aetna Better Health of Ohio, where they managed and participated in cross-functional projects that supported the business strategy. Nathan also developed training process and evaluation methods, monitored training plans, and created and maintained tools, job aids and training materials. In 2016, Nathan was an Office Manager at Hood Management, LLC, where they served as a key consulting advisor with agents during strategic planning and site selection of real estate. In 2017, Nathan became a Senior Reimbursement Counselor at AmerisourceBergen, where they managed day to day patient services and channel partner relationships to ensure key performance metrics were met. Nathan also successfully troubleshot payer-specific reimbursement challenges and worked directly with commercial field sales reps to help educate HCPs and provide potential issue resolution. Finally, in 2019, Nathan joined Highrise Consulting, Inc. as a Business Team Liaison and Service Desk Analyst. In this role, they provided outstanding customer service and technical assistance to the Federal Grants Lifecycle business application users, analyzed business application issues, and comfortably interfaced with highly educated specialists as well as applicants who were new to the grants process.

Nathan Froe attended Virginia State University from 2020 to 2021, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management.
