Michael Holtorf

Michael Holtorf is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical management and infrastructure development. Currently serving as Senior Technical Manager at HIGHROAD INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, LLC since July 2020, Michael oversees a team of technicians, delivering exceptional service primarily to Water Districts. As an IT Consultant for Guidelines International Ministries, responsibilities include VPN configuration and hardware upgrades. Previous roles include IT Consultant at Narrate, LLC, IT Manager at MediaMix365, and Director of Infrastructure at MX Holdings US, Inc., where oversight included a $760+ million firm's IT infrastructure. A foundational career began in 1999 at COSCO Fire Protection, where Michael was the first IT employee and developed standardized IT practices. Michael holds a BS in Information Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts from Santa Ana College.
