Software Quality Assurance Manager at HighRoads

Christopher Lynch has over 20 years of work experience in the software industry. Christopher began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Impact Systems/ACOMS, Inc. in 1993. Christopher then moved into a role as a Customer Service Manager before transitioning into the healthcare field as a Systems Analyst at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.

In 1997, Lynch joined IntraNet, Inc. as a Software Test Engineer and later became a Senior Software Test Engineer - Team Lead. In 2000, they joined Genuity, Inc. as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer.

In 2003, Lynch started working at Dell Technologies as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Christopher later became a Senior Software Quality Assurance Manager and provided direction for globally distributed quality assurance teams. Christopher also established quality engineering benchmarks and processes.

From 2019 to 2022, Lynch worked at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Manager. Christopher collaborated with cross-functional teams and leaders on strategic quality initiatives and partnered on QA test strategy definition.

In 2022, Lynch joined HighRoads as a Software Quality Assurance Manager.

Throughout their career, Lynch has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has managed distributed teams. Christopher has experience in delivering SaaS solutions and has worked within Agile SDLC guidelines. Christopher has also tracked and reported on release and quality metrics.

Christopher Lynch attended the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics from 1987 to 1991. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
