Marcus Owens

Marcus Owens is an experienced educational professional with a focus on early childhood education and development. Currently serving as an Educational Consultant at Growth and Development Educational Services and an Elementary School Teacher at DPSCD, Marcus has also worked as a Training Instructor for the HighScope Educational Research Foundation, where contributions included researching and presenting on key topics for Early Childhood Educators. Previous experience includes a role as Lead Teacher at Order of the Fishermen Ministry Head Start Program Inc. Academically, Marcus holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Child Development, both from Ashford University.
