Previously, Paul served as Managing Director of Investment Management at ProLogis from 1995 to 2010 and was Managing Principal at Overland Company from 1990 to 1995. Early in the career, Paul was a Partner at Trammell Crow Company from 1982 to 1990. Paul holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University.
