Yebga Kack

Yebga Kack serves as the Global VP of People & Culture at Highsnobiety since March 2022, where responsibilities include creating and implementing a global People strategy alongside stakeholders in five countries across Europe and Northern America, while also leading a team of six. Prior roles include Senior Director of Human Resources at adidas, where Yebga established the HR roadmap for France in line with the company's 2025 strategy, and Vice President of Human Resources for EMEA and APAC at VICE Media, overseeing strategic HR leadership across 20 countries. Earlier experience includes senior HR positions at Urban Science, Econocom, Metro Safety, Renault Trucks UK, and American Express Global Business Travel, alongside educational qualifications from prestigious institutions such as Cornell University and Henley Business School.
