Amy Freeland Johnson

Amy Freeland Johnson is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across various industries. As the Chief People Officer at Highspot since September 2021, Amy leverages previous leadership roles, including Chief People Officer at Bungie and Vice President of HR Strategy & Planning at VMware, where strategic HR operating models and global HR operations were developed. Amy's tenure at Sun Microsystems included multiple HR director roles focused on global rewards, mergers and acquisitions, and business partnership. Amy holds a BA in Psychology from San Jose State University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at John F. Kennedy University.
