Graham Younger

Graham Younger serves as President at Highspot since July 2023 and is an active Board Member at Beamery, contributing to the growth of a SaaS Unicorn focused on talent operations. Additionally, Graham holds the position of Venture Advisor at Crosscut Ventures, and provides investment and board advisory roles at Buzznog, a platform connecting artists with their fans. Prior experience includes key leadership roles at Cast & Crew, Namely, DreamWorks Animation, and Box, where Graham significantly enhanced revenue and market presence. Graham's strategic insights have also benefited Cloudwirx, Inc. and Elastica as a board advisor. Graham holds degrees from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Birmingham City University, along with an honorary fellowship in Computer Science.
