Jyl Feliciano

Jyl Feliciano is the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging at Highspot. Jyl has dedicated their career to championing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Previously, Jyl was the Diversity & Inclusion Director, Talent at Advocate Aurora Health, where they were responsible for supporting and assisting college students in securing internships at Fortune 500 companies. Jyl also led professional development courses for students and served as a mentor for INROADS, a program that offers paid internships and leadership development training for high-achieving, low-income students of color.

Before that, Jyl was the Head of Inclusion Programs at Conagra Brands, where they created and implemented programs to foster an inclusive culture. Jyl also served as the Campus Recruiting Leader at Cognizant, where they were responsible for recruiting top talent from colleges and universities across the country.

Prior to their work in the corporate sector, Jyl spent two years as the Dean of Students at The Noble Network of Charter Schools, where they oversaw student discipline and oversaw the implementation of social-emotional learning programs.

Jyl began their career as an Intern Recruiter & Mentor at INROADS, where they recruited and mentored high-achieving, low-income students of color. Jyl has been a volunteer with INROADS for over 10 years.

Jyl Feliciano has a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Purdue University. Additionally, they have a Diversity and Inclusion Certification Program from Cornell University. Lastly, they have a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Colorado Technical University.
