Madeline Mott

Madeline Mott is currently serving as an Incoming ADR Intern at Highspot since October 2024. Madeline's leadership experience includes various roles within Alpha Phi International Fraternity, such as Vice President of Membership Recruitment and Director of Formal Recruitment, along with marketing responsibilities as the Red Dress Gala Marketing Director. Additional experience includes a Sales Internship at Pacific Office Automation, food service at Trophy Cupcakes and Party, and board member duties at Global Visionaries. Madeline was also the Vice President of Marketing for DECA Inc. and remains an active member of the Husky Sales Club at the University of Washington. Madeline is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Operations & Supply Chain Management at the UW Foster School of Business, expected to graduate in June 2025, following a high school diploma from Ballard High School in 2021.
