Melissa Janes

Melissa Janes is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Management at Highspot since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Vice President of Talent Operations and Talent Management at FM Global, as well as Manager of Global Talent Management at Sensata Technologies. Melissa also held positions at Corvias Group as Director of Organizational Performance and Lead of Learning & Training, and served as Director of Performance Improvement & Learning at Equity Residential. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Fitchburg State University and two master's degrees from Nichols College: a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Business Administration.
