Tony Lew

Tony Lew is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at prominent technology companies. Currently serving as VP of Design at Highspot since January 2023, Tony also provides consulting services for the organization. Prior to this, Tony spent over 16 years at Microsoft in various design leadership positions, including Partner Director of Design overseeing Microsoft Edge and managing design studios for the Web Experiences Collective. Tony's earlier roles at Microsoft included Principal Design Manager and Senior Design Manager, focusing on UX architecture, strategy, and product R&D for consumer experiences. Tony's career began at Motiv8 LLC and Strong Worldwide, emphasizing graphic design and brand marketing. Tony holds a BFA in Media & Graphic Design from The Art Institutes.
