Rachel Corum

Rachel Corum is currently the VP of Enterprise Talent Acquisition & Solutions at Highspring, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, Rachel worked at Vaco from 2019 to 2023, where they served as Senior Director of Special Projects and Managing Director of Vaco Global Solutions, among other positions. They began their career in human capital consulting with Arthur Andersen & Co. and later served as Human Capital Manager at Deloitte. Rachel also gained significant experience through various contract positions as an Independent Accounting & Recruiting Consultant. They earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky in 1998.
