Clovis Catry is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the hospitality sector, currently serving as the Head of Finance at HIGHSTAY since February 2024, where responsibilities include establishing the finance function and implementing reporting and budgeting processes. Previously, as a Multi Property Finance Manager at Frasers Hospitality from April 2021 to February 2024, Clovis managed financial operations for multiple premium properties, overseeing revenue exceeding 30 million and a team of 85 staff members. Clovis has also held roles such as Cluster Financial Controller at Radisson Hotel Group, Lead Server at La Cigale, and Accounting Clerk at Hotel Lancaster, contributing to financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Management with a focus on Hospitality and Tourism Strategy from Montpellier Management, alongside a Bachelor’s and BTS in Hospitality Management.
