Yunhui Gong

Yunhui Gong serves as the Chief Technology Officer at HighT-Tech INC since February 2021, focusing on rapid high-temperature processing related to catalysts, batteries, electrolyzers, and hydrogen technologies. Prior experience includes a role as Research Scientist at Nissan Technical Center North America from November 2019 to February 2021, where batteries development and evaluation were primary responsibilities. At the University of Maryland from January 2014 to November 2019, Yunhui Gong held the position of Assistant Research Scientist, specializing in energy storage and conversion technologies, including extensive work on solid-state lithium/sodium metal batteries. Additionally, from June 2011 to January 2014, a Postdoctoral Research Associate position at the University of South Carolina involved developing advanced energy conversion and storage technologies, particularly solid oxide fuel cells. Yunhui Gong earned a Ph.D. in Physical Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Science and Technology of China between 1999 and 2010.
