Ray Kotwicki

Ray Kotwicki is the President and Chief Medical Officer of Intensive Outpatient Services at Hightop Health, a leading outpatient mental health group established in 2023, focusing on community engagement and patient support across various mental health conditions. Prior to this role, Ray served as Chief Medical Officer at Skyland Trail from 2005 to 2023 and was the Medical Director of Community Outreach Services at Grady Health System from 2004 to 2006. Ray holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has completed multiple residency programs, including Psychiatry at Boston University School of Medicine and Emory University, as well as Internal Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Additionally, Ray has earned two Master of Public Health degrees from Emory University, specializing in Health Policy and Management.
