Antigoni Sander

Antigoni Sander is an experienced catering professional currently serving as the Director of Catering at Hightop Hospitality since January 2020. In this role, Antigoni leads a team of 10 Sales Managers and 5 Operations Managers across multiple catering brands and venues, managing over 8000 inquiries each year. Previously, as the Catering Sales and Operations Manager at Kafe 421, Antigoni played a key role during a change in ownership, ensuring the brand's core values remained intact. With a background as the General Manager of Hospitality and Events at Kafe 421, Antigoni successfully doubled the number of off-site events and built strong client relationships. Early career experience includes serving as Front of House Manager at BR Guest Hospitality, where Antigoni was selected for the opening management team of a new property in Chicago. Antigoni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater and Acting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a certificate in Acting from the Gregory Abels Training Ensemble.
