Brian Kotlyar has over 20 years of experience in marketing, growth, and analytics. Brian began their career in 2000 at Bose Corporation as a Corporate Communications employee. In 2004 they moved to Staples as a Strategic Testing employee. In 2006 they joined Yankee Group as an Associate Analyst, where they covered enterprise telecommunications and applications. In 2008 they moved to Gerson Lehrman Group as a Research Manager. In 2010 they joined Dachis Group as employee #10 and held various roles, culminating as Vice President of Marketing. In 2014 they joined Sprinklr as AVP of Global Demand Generation, where they were responsible for all demand generation and integrated campaign planning. In 2017 they joined Intercom as Head of Demand Generation & Growth Marketing. In 2020 they joined New Relic, Inc. as SVP, Marketing and helped re-orient the company to a consumption business model and product-led growth go-to-market. Currently, they are VP of Marketing and Growth at Hightouch, a leading Data Activation platform.

Brian Kotlyar obtained a Bachelors degree in Brian'story, Social Thought and Political Economy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 2002 and 2006, as well as a degree in Social Thought and Political Economy from the same university.
