João António Sousa

João António Sousa is a seasoned professional in solutions engineering and go-to-market strategies, currently serving as a Solutions Engineer at Hightouch since August 2025. Previously, João held a role focused on go-to-market initiatives at Clarisights, contributing to a self-service marketing analytics platform for major enterprises, and co-founded a stealth startup dedicated to creating hyper-personalized websites for B2B SaaS vendors using AI. At Kausa, a company acquired by SAP, João began at the pre-launch stage and took on various roles including sales development representative, account executive, and solutions engineer. Earlier experience includes a management consultant position at McKinsey & Company with a focus on digital analytics and marketing, as well as internships in data science and management consulting at various organizations. João holds a B.Sc and M.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Universidade do Porto and completed an exchange program in Supply Chain Management at The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
