Damian Shaw

Damian Shaw has a long and diverse work experience in the investment industry. Damian currently holds the position of Vice President, Investments at Hightower Advisors since August 2021. Prior to this, Damian had a successful career at Charles Schwab, where they held multiple roles. Damian served as a Managing Director, Investment Officer from June 2016 onwards and also worked as a Director, Investment Officer starting in September 1997. Additionally, they held the position of Portfolio Consultant from October 1997 to February 2013. Damian also spent a brief period as a Portfolio Consulting Manager at Phoenix CFA Society in 2013.

Damian Shaw attended Arizona State University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a degree in Organizational Management with a focus on Management. In addition to their formal education, Damian has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2007, they became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER through the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. In 2015, they obtained the certification of Certified Wealth Strategist from the Cannon Financial Institute. Most recently, in 2019, Damian earned the certification of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) from the American Bankers Association.
