Imad Shamsuddin is a seasoned IT professional with experience as a Senior System Engineer and Network/Voice Engineer at Hightower Advisors since June 2018, providing extensive technical support for Cisco Meraki networks, including deployment and troubleshooting of SD-WAN technology and maintaining phone systems via Cisco Call Manager. Previously, Imad served as IT Manager/Analyst at PLAN DO SEE AMERICA, offering technical assistance and maintaining computer systems' daily performance from September 2016 to October 2017.
