Michael Farr

Michael Farr has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Michael is currently the Chief Market Strategist at Hightower Advisors since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Contributor at CNBC starting in 2000. From 1996, they served as the Owner of Farr, Miller & Washington, LLC. Earlier in their career, they were a Principal at Alex. Brown & Sons from February 1990 to June 1996. Michael began their professional journey as a teacher at Pomfret School from September 1984 to June 1987.

Michael Farr's education history includes completing their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from The University of the South, which they attended from 1980 to 1984. Michael also pursued some graduate work in Psychology at the University of Connecticut in 1986.
