Stephanie Gilbert

Stephanie Gilbert, MLS, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at HighVista Strategies since July 2025. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Head of HR at Coin Metrics from January 2020 to June 2025, where key accomplishments included the development of a business-linked human capital strategy and initiatives to enhance diversity, inclusion, and personal career development. Earlier experience includes serving as Employer Relations Manager at Northeastern University, overseeing employer partnerships and recruitment strategies, and working as an Events Specialist in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Stephanie began professional career at RDC Capital Partners as a Business Administration Assistant, supporting the COO with calendar management and board communications. Stephanie holds a Master of Legal Studies from Pepperdine Caruso Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Government and World Affairs from the University of Tampa.
